Avondale Estates

Avondale Estates is a neighborhood that has something for everyone. Want to visit a museum dedicated to the first ever Waffle House? They have it. Looking for a bar to drink with friends but also read comics? They have one of the best spots to do that. They also built out their downtown shopping area in traditional Tudor-Revival style architecture to give me something cool to draw. (I admit that I didn't know what it was called and had to Google that term).
