Virginia Highlands

Virginia Highland is one of my favorite neighborhoods to walk around and get lost in. They have some of the best shops and restaurants in Atlanta. Everyone I've ever met there was incredibly nice. One time, I was painting a mural there and saw a wreck, the two guys got out of the car and started laughing and joking around, got back in their cars and left, best neighborhood ever.
